Your treatment plan will include a transparent breakdown of all costs involved BEFORE we get started. We offer no interest payment plans as well as discounts for family members and payment in full.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we are happy to assist you with filling out your insurance forms. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
